4. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident of India or an eligible NRI
- Have valid PAN and Aadhaar documentation
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Have sufficient funds for the minimum investment amount
5. User Responsibilities
As a user of our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Read and understand all investment documentation before signing
- Make timely payments as per agreed schedules
- Notify us immediately of any changes to your contact information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
6. Fees and Charges

7. Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
